What's your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the format and print method. Digital printing makes shorter runs practical for many boxes, labels and pouches, while other formats are more cost-effective at higher volumes. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the best fit.
How long does a packaging project take?
Timelines vary with complexity, materials and quantity. Stock items move fastest; fully custom structures take longer because of design, sampling and production. Every quote includes an estimated schedule.
Can you design my packaging, or do I need artwork ready?
Either works. Our team can handle structural design, graphic design and print-ready artwork, or we can work from your files and dielines. If you're unsure, start a quote and we'll talk it through.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes. We can provide plain structural samples to check fit and printed samples or proofs to check color and finish before production starts.
Do you offer warehousing and fulfillment?
Yes. We can store your packaging or finished goods, assemble kits, pick and pack orders and ship to your locations or customers on a schedule that works for you.
Can you help with barcodes and label compliance?
We can guide you through UPC/GS1 barcode setup, check barcode placement and scannability, and lay out the panels and statements your category requires. For regulatory sign-off, we work alongside your compliance advisor.
Do you offer sustainable packaging options?
We do. Depending on your product, that can mean recycled or recyclable materials, mono-material pouches, right-sized boxes that cut void fill, or refill formats. We'll recommend options that keep your product protected.
